Mobiliser

Position Overview:
The Mobiliser will be responsible for candidate outreach, awareness generation, and enrolment for healthcare skill development programs. The role requires extensive fieldwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Identification & Outreach
• Visit schools, colleges, community centres, and local organizations to promote programs
• Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates
Awareness Creation
• Conduct awareness campaigns, roadshows, informational sessions, and home visits
• Distribute promotional materials and leverage digital platforms for outreach activities
Counselling & Enrolment
• Counsel candidates and families regarding program benefits, courses, and career opportunities
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrolments
Partnership Development
• Build relationships with schools, NGOs, ANMs, AWWs, ASHA workers, and community leaders
• Generate referrals and strengthen the local outreach network
Reporting & Coordination
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to management
• Travel to various locations for monitoring and promotional activities
Additional Responsibilities
• Support various Astron initiatives and cross-functional activities whenever required
• Assist in administrative and liaising work as assigned by management
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
• Adhere to company policies and professional standards at all times

Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in field mobilization, counselling, sales, or community outreach preferred
Travel Reimbursement
Travel reimbursement will be provided for visits made for official business purposes as per company policies and approved standards.
