Job Description

Position Overview:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the centre, including operations, academics, admissions, student engagement, faculty coordination, placements, and business development. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to drive student success from admission to placement.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Centre Operations & Administration
• Oversee daily centre operations, admissions, and academic activities
• Ensure smooth functioning of administrative and academic processes
• Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards
2. Student Management
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and student engagement activities
• Handle student grievances and ensure discipline within the centre
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment
3. Faculty Coordination
• Coordinate with faculty for smooth academic delivery
• Support faculty in maintaining quality teaching standards
• Ensure timely execution of academic schedules and processes
4. Marketing, Mobilization & Admissions
• Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase centre visibility
• Support and monitor mobilization and admission activities
• Drive student enrolments through strategic outreach initiatives
5. Business Development
• Drive business growth through admissions, partnerships, and placement support
• Develop industry and institutional partnerships for training and placements
• Support expansion of the organization across different regions
• Ensure end-to-end business development from student admission till successful placement

6. Training & Placement Support
• Coordinate hospital/industry training programs for students
• Facilitate placement activities and maintain employer relationships
• Ensure maximum placement opportunities for students after course completion
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with management
• Analyse admission, academic, and placement performance metrics
• Submit regular operational and business reports to management

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Build strong relation with Industry Partners and Hospital HRs
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Education, or related field
• Experience in centre operations, academic administration, or skill development sector preferred
• Prior experience in admissions, placements, or business development will be an added advantage
