We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to support pipeline growth for InvoiceCloud’s payments and billing technology solutions. This role will focus on executing integrated demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert target audiences across key business verticals.
The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B demand generation and campaign execution, with the ability to support programs across channels and help optimize performance throughout the funnel. This role will partner closely with the Demand Generation leader, as well as Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and broader Marketing teams, to execute campaigns and drive measurable pipeline contribution.

Takes Ownership
Supports execution of demand generation programs across key business verticals, helping drive campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Coordinates end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, launch, QA, monitoring, and follow-up.
Partners with the Demand Generation leader and cross-functional stakeholders to align campaign activities with target accounts, messaging, and business priorities.
Maintains accurate campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting to support visibility and continuous improvement.
Drives Efficiency
Executes campaign workflows across marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to support complex B2B sales cycles.
Helps build, launch, and optimize nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns to improve lead progression and conversion.
Supports audience segmentation, list management, and campaign processes to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
Uses campaign and funnel performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and stronger ROI.
Results Driven
Executes full-funnel demand generation campaigns that contribute to qualified pipeline growth across target markets.
Tracks and reports on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Supports industry events and conferences through coordinated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaign execution.
Continuously tests and refines campaign elements to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline outcomes.
Innovative
Uses ABM tools, intent signals, and campaign insights to help identify and engage high-value accounts and buying groups.
Applies marketing automation and AI-enabled platform capabilities to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
Supports development and promotion of content assets such as webinars, whitepapers, case studies, calculators, and solution briefs.
Experiments with new campaign tactics, channels, and optimization approaches to improve demand generation results over time.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign execution, or digital marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, billing, or SaaS.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems such as Salesforce, ABM tools, and digital campaign platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make optimization recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to simplify complex value propositions into clear, effective campaign messaging.
Familiarity with enterprise buyer groups and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes is preferred.
Experience supporting campaigns across multiple verticals or audience segments is a plus.
